Creating Your Account
Getting started with RapportScore takes less than two minutes. Visit app.rapportscore.ai and create your account with an email address or a magic link. A free account on its own doesn't include a free upload or roleplay session: from there you buy pay-as-you-go credit hours or upgrade to a paid plan to run your first analysis. Want a read first, no account and no credit card? Try our free conversation analysis.
Once you've created your account, you'll land on your dashboard, a clean, focused workspace that shows your current belt level, recent conversation analyses, and your behavioral trends over time.
Your First Conversation Analysis
There are three ways to get your first Rapport Score:
Upload a Recording: If you have a recording of a recent meeting, sales call, or conversation, upload it directly. RapportScore accepts audio and video files: MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM, MKV, M4A, MP3, WAV, AAC, and OGG, and builds the transcript for you. Have a text transcript instead? Try our free conversation analysis, no account needed.
Turn on AutoJoin (every plan except Free): Connect your Google or Outlook calendar, and your note taker automatically joins your Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Webex, GoTo, or Slack meetings and imports the recording for analysis.
AI Roleplay (paid plans): Don't have a recording? No problem. Start an AI roleplay session where you practice a conversation scenario (a discovery call, a difficult feedback session, a negotiation) and get scored in real time.
Understanding Your Score
Your Rapport Score isn't a single number: it's a behavioral profile across seven Rapport Dimensions: Responsiveness, Active Listening, Mirroring, Emotional Acknowledgment, Curiosity, Trust Building, and Engagement.
Each dimension includes specific behavioral examples from your conversation, so you know exactly what to work on. Belts are earned from your whole rapport profile across all seven dimensions, never from a single one.
Building Your Practice Routine
The users who improve fastest share one habit: regular practice. Here's a suggested routine to start with:
Early on: Focus AI roleplay sessions (on paid plans) on active listening scenarios, and upload any real conversations you have during this period.
As you get more comfortable: Shift to more challenging roleplay scenarios: objection handling, difficult feedback, high-stakes negotiations. Compare your behavioral patterns in practice versus real conversations.
The belt system tracks your progress automatically as your behavioral patterns become more consistent across real conversations. How quickly you advance depends on how often you practice and how many conversations you bring in for analysis, so regular practice matters more than any single session.
Getting the Most from Your Dashboard
Your dashboard is designed to surface the insights that matter most:
Trend Lines: Watch your seven Rapport Dimensions over time. Look for patterns: is your Active Listening consistently high while your Responsiveness dips under pressure?
Conversation History: Review past analyses side by side. Notice which types of conversations bring out your best skills and which ones expose gaps.
Belt Progress: Track your advancement through the 6-belt system. The progress indicators show what behavioral thresholds you need to reach for your next belt.
Coaching Insights: AI-generated recommendations based on your specific behavioral patterns, updated after every conversation analysis.
