We support video formats (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM) and audio formats (MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG). The maximum file size depends on your plan and is checked when you upload. We recommend clear audio quality with minimal background noise.

How long does analysis take?

Processing time depends on file length. A normal-length call typically takes 2-5 minutes; longer recordings take more time. You receive an email notification when processing completes.

Is my data secure and private?

Yes. All files are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your content with third parties. You can delete your sessions and files at any time. Analysis runs on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud infrastructure. You control what gets analyzed, whether you upload a call yourself or choose which calendars and meetings AutoJoin records.

Can I share my results with team members?

Yes, with the Team Lead Plan or higher you can create teams, invite members, share specific session insights, view team progress and trends, and export reports for external sharing.

How accurate is the AI analysis?

Accepted Answer

Our AI models achieve high transcription accuracy with clear audio. They use validated communication psychology models and contextual analysis based on conversation type. Best results come from 1-on-1 or small group conversations.

What if my session gets stuck processing?

Give a normal-length call a little more time, refresh your browser and check the status, and know that longer recordings take longer. If the session shows Transcription Failed, click Try to Recover. Contact support if it stays stuck.

How do I get better analysis results?

Use high-quality audio with minimal background noise, ensure all speakers are clearly audible, set accurate conversation context and goal, properly identify speaker roles and the person to analyze, upload complete conversations rather than segments, and review and confirm speaker identification.

Can I get coaching without uploading conversations?

Yes. Without uploading conversations you can still access AI role-play practice sessions, the complete lesson library, the belt progression system, general communication coaching exercises, and the communication quiz for baseline assessment.

Why did the note taker fail to join my meeting?

Accepted Answer

The most common reason the note taker cannot join a meeting is the host's security settings. On Zoom, the host must turn off 'Require authentication to join' (also shown as 'Only authenticated users can join meetings from Web client'). At the account level, go to zoom.us/account/setting, open the Meeting tab, and under Security toggle off 'Only authenticated users can join meetings from Web client'. That applies to newly created meetings. For existing recurring meetings, edit each one in the Zoom web portal at zoom.us/meeting: choose Edit entire series, keep the start time and repetition unchanged, uncheck 'Require authentication to join', and save. If a meeting is not listed in the Zoom web portal, edit it in the Zoom Workspace app instead, and reset the date, time, and repetition before saving because the app shifts the meeting to the current time. On Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, if the meeting has a lobby or waiting room, admit the note taker the same way you would admit any other guest.

How do I get my meetings recorded automatically?

Connect your Google or Outlook calendar: click your avatar in the top right, choose Calendars, and connect a calendar under Connected Calendars. This is AutoJoin. From then on your note taker automatically joins meetings on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, GoTo, and Slack that have a video link, and the analysis appears in your sessions when the meeting ends. If a meeting has a waiting room, admit the note taker like any other participant.

Can Claude or other AI assistants access my Rapport Score data?

Yes, but only if you connect them yourself. Rapport Score has a built-in MCP server that lets Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, or Grok Bot read your sessions, scores, and transcripts and ask the coach on your behalf, after you sign in and approve a consent screen listing exactly what it may do. Connected agents only ever see your own data, appear under Profile in the Connected Agents section, and can be revoked there at any time.
