The quality of your behavioral analysis is directly tied to the quality of your transcript. A transcript that captures speaker identification, timing, and natural speech patterns will produce significantly more accurate Rapport Scores than a cleaned-up summary.

Think of it this way: if the transcript removes all the pauses, the "ums," and the moments where someone starts a sentence and changes direction, it's also removing the behavioral data that reveals how you actually communicate. RapportScore analyzes conversation dynamics, not polished text.

For conversations with more than two participants, speaker identification becomes critical. RapportScore needs to know which statements are yours to analyze your behavioral patterns.

When uploading a multi-speaker transcript, ensure each speaker is labeled consistently throughout. Most transcription tools handle this automatically, but if you're working with a raw transcript, add speaker labels before uploading.

For group meetings, consider that the analysis will focus on your individual behavioral patterns within the group dynamic. The platform accounts for the fact that group conversations have different norms than 1:1 interactions.
